When you call us

We are available Monday to Friday and we aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours/one working day. Once you have chosen your therapist, you can either ring or email us. If we are not available, please leave your name and number and let us know when you can be reached and if it is all right to leave a message.

When we first speak, you will have a chance to briefly describe your situation and find out more about how we work. If for any reason your chosen therapist does not have a free space available, we recommend that you ring another member of the team or, if appropriate, suggest another source of support. All CCL therapists are conveniently located.
