Our counselling locations are based in Central London, Camden, Clerkenwell, Islington, Stoke Newington and East London.

FEES

It is our aim to keep fees at an affordable level though they will differ depending on location.

Subject to resources, on occasion Cancer Counselling London may be able to provide some low cost places

Fees are reviewed annually.

COUNSELLING SESSIONS

It is our experience that a set of up to 9 counselling sessions is suitable for most people. You will be able to discuss this when you talk through your contract with your counsellor.

Weekly sessions allow for the best continuity and flow to the work. However, at CCL we understand that hospital schedules may mean that weekly sessins are difficult and that flexibility may be required.

Once a mutually convenient time is agreed this will become your regular time slot. Cancellations must be agreed in advance. Missed sessions will be charged unless 24-hour notice is given and another session cannot be arranged in that week.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidentiality is held within the service. This will be discussed with you at your first session.

We are committed to providing a professional and successful service and welcome all feedback. We will send you an evaluation form at the end of your contract so that you can comment on your experience. Your suggestions, positive or negative, are of value to us as they enable us to monitor and improve the service.
